Registration & Class Sizes

Musical Roots Studio group classes require a minimum of 4 registered children to run. To ensure a supportive and engaging learning environment, classes are capped at 10 children per class.

Classes are offered through:

• Single Drop-In Classes

• 5-Class Flexible Passes

• 10-Week Session Enrolment

🌱 Little Roots (18 Months-3 Years)

• Drop-In: $30

• 5-Class Flexible Pass: $135

• 10-Week Session: $249

🌿 Little Buds (4-6 Years)

• Drop-In: $32

• 5-Class Flexible Pass: $145

• 10-Week Session: $279

Applying Drop-In Fees Toward a Package

We understand that many families would like to try a class before committing.

If you attend a Drop-In Class and decide to purchase a 5-Class Flexible Pass or 10-Week Session within 7 days of attendance, the cost of your drop-in class will be credited toward your package purchase.

Limit one credited drop-in per child, per program session.

5-Class Flexible Passes

Flexible Passes are ideal for families who want greater scheduling flexibility.

• Valid for 3 months from the date of purchase

• May be used for any age-appropriate group class with available space

• Non-refundable and non-transferable

• Unused classes expire at the end of the validity period

Advance registration is required to reserve a spot in class.

Missed Classes

Drop-In Classes

Drop-in fees are non-refundable. If sufficient notice is provided, we will do our best to transfer your registration to another available class.

5-Class Flexible Passes

Missed classes remain available on your pass provided they fall within the validity period.

10-Week Sessions

No refunds or credits are provided for missed classes. Your registration reserves a space in the class for the entire session.

Withdrawals & Refunds

• Drop-In registrations are non-refundable.

• Flexible Passes are non-refundable.

• Once a 10-Week Session has begun, refunds are not available except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Musical Roots Studio.

Illness Policy

Please keep your child home if they are experiencing symptoms of illness.

If your child is unwell, we ask that you prioritize the health and safety of all families by staying home and joining us another time when possible.

Weather & Studio Closures

In the event of severe weather, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances, families will be notified as soon as possible. A make-up class or credit will be provided when appropriate.
